Have you experienced an issue involving UTOC or one of its members?

Many concerns can be resolved by speaking with the appropriate executive listed above. If your concern is less serious, involves feedback or suggestions, or you're unsure where to start, we encourage you to reach out to them first.

If you believe the matter requires formal review, you may submit a grievance. The grievance process provides a confidential and impartial way to address concerns involving the club, its members, leadership, or its activities.
