UTOC Bikes to Hart House Farm (AGAIN!)

This time, it didn't rain or hail like it did on our first bikepacking trip to the farm. Who would've thought a summer ride would be more pleasant!

This trip was mainly for my dear friend Cloey, an exchange student from Singapore, who I met during a UTOC skiing trip early in the year. I'm so glad I got to show Cloey the farm before she travelled back across the world and that I was able to share the Hart House Farm experience once again with new and returning UTOC bikers.

People on the trip may tell you that we briefly got lost, but I was merely showing people the sights that Caledon had to offer. Long country roads, cows, fresh tarmac, punchy climbs and farm land.

With a grand total of 66 kilometers, everyone on the trip peddled hard and enjoyed the meals we prepared together, hikes to the caves, sharing stories in the sauna, polar dips in the pond and a good game of fish bowl charades.

Now that we've done a Fall and Summer trip, I think a winter fat-tire bike trip is in order. Or maybe we'll start with a Spring ride first...

Until next time Hart House Farm!
