UTOC helped out the Toronto Nature Stewards again removing invasive plant species from the bush near Cherry Beach. Despite the insane heat, everyone needed to wear long sleeves to avoid getting scraped up by the plants everywhere. We were completely drenched in sweat! Taking a dip in the lake afterwards was a welcome respite after labouring in the heat. A fantastic day overall!
